So far this season I am seeing lots of pink, and yellows.  Can't wait to share!

Ombre Centerpieces

Ombre, or to shade by graduation of color was very hot last season.  Here are a couple of the designs we created in that trend.

My favorite tones were the blues:

Loved this chiffon top from New York & Company.  But alas the trend seems to be over - in fashion at least.  

I still feel that I have a lot more to express about this for weddings.  We'll see!

Vintage Feel Photo Shoot

During off-season I like to keep myself sharp.  Sometimes I make things for my colleagues.  This Spring I did a photo shoot at the Hermitage Foundation Museum.  Here are some of the details from the day.

Many of the greens are from a local flower farm.  The vanity trays and accessories are a part of our vintage collection (available to clients of Isha Foss Events).

Flowers include roses, stock, waxflower, lepto, tulips, confederate jasmine vine, lisianthus, fatsia leaves and berries.  You'll also find rice flower, snowberries, ranunculus, and seeded eucalyptus.
